Front Suite
We host an air conditioned, clean and comfortable three-suite gym. Our front room contains a boxing ring and a glove wall. There is also a corner with 7 punching bags. This is where you can find our reception desk and help with anything from sign-ups to assistance with hand wraps.

Additional Suites
We also utilize two more suites so there is enough room for everyone to warm up! Each room has different features like speed bags, and ladder-outlines taped onto the floor.

Classes
Each of our classes focuses on a different age group so kids feel comfortable and confident. After some time spent training the kids are offered the opportunity to spar with another child, but it is totally optional.
