About
"We don't turn anyone away. Anyone who comes to get trained, we can figure it out."
- Jennifer Boddie quoted in article for local paper, "The News."
Boddie Family Boxing Academy is a non-profit organization seeking to provide training and a safe space for youth to move, gain confidence, and socialize. Jennifer Boddie says some of their boxers are kids who get bullied, and although they don't want to fight, they want to know how to protect themselves. She says, "If you know you can, you don't, and if they know you can, they won't" (from article by Daniel Canfield in The News).

Agility Training
Throughout the week, we work on agility training. Our coaches work wonders with kids, bringing them out of their shells while teaching them the respect that goes with the sport. Come test your abilities in our boxing inspired obstacle courses!

1 -On- 1 Attention
Throughout each group training session, each boxer receives individual attention, encouragement, and direction. Also, the team-mentality of Boddie Family Boxing means that new students can rely on and emulate other boxers.
