Indoors
We host an air conditioned, clean and comfortable suite. Our front room contains a boxing ring, two stationary bikes, and a standing punching bag. This is also where you can find our reception desk and help with anything from sign-ups to assistance with hand wraps.

Outdoors
Out the back door, the building casts a long shadow over the blacktop, allowing boxers plenty of space to train out of the sun. Continue out to the field which easily holds a second boxing ring, several punching bags, and a large space for kids to sprint in races and other challenges.

Sunny Days
Behind the punching bags are a few key features to help kids and parents to stay cool on hot days. A large tree shades the corner of the field, and a pop-up canopy extends that shade. There are also 20 feet of misters running at all times that the kids love to stand under during breaks.
